What Happens After You Inquire
Raphael personally reviews your inquiry within 48 hours.
You receive a thoughtful response with next steps, whether that is a call, additional information, or a direct invitation.
If there is mutual fit, you will be invited to reserve your place with a deposit and receive your preparation materials.
Spots are limited by design. Signature experiences welcome six to eight photographers. Grand experiences welcome three to five. This is not exclusivity for its own sake. It is the commitment to intimacy that makes the experience truly transformative.

Terms & Conditions
General. All content, imagery, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Raphael Macek Experience and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission. All expedition descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Inquiry and Application. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a booking or reservation. All inquiries are reviewed personally and a response will be provided within 48 hours. Acceptance into an expedition is at the discretion of Raphael Macek Experience and is based on mutual fit, available capacity, and the composition of the expedition group.
Booking and Payment. Expedition reservations require a non refundable deposit as outlined in the specific expedition terms provided upon acceptance. Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to the expedition start date. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the reserved spot.
Cancellation Policy. Deposits are non refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the expedition start date are eligible for a credit toward a future expedition, valid for 12 months. Cancellations made within 60 days of the start date are not eligible for refund or credit. Raphael Macek Experience reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any expedition due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rebooking will be offered.
Liability. Raphael Macek Experience acts as an organizer and creative leader for photography expeditions and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in any expedition. Participants are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Participation in any expedition constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Privacy. Personal information submitted through this inquiry form is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and, if applicable, coordinating expedition participation. Information is never shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. Raphael personally reviews all inquiries.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or participation in any expedition shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
