Grand
From $15,000 per person
The Grand experience is the fullest expression of what Raphael has spent a lifetime building. Seven to ten days inside a single extraordinary landscape, limited to three to five photographers, with Raphael as your dedicated guide, mentor, and creative collaborator from first light to last.
These are not tours. Every day unfolds according to the rhythm of the land and the animals. Locations are scouted months in advance, relationships with local communities run years deep, and the entire structure of each day is designed to create the conditions for images and personal transformation that no other format could produce.

The Signature experience is an intense, concentrated creative immersion. Three to four days in a scouted location, with a group of six to eight photographers led by Raphael and a dedicated second leader. These are designed for photographers who want to step into this world and feel its transformative power within a focused timeframe.
While shorter in duration, Signature experiences carry the same standards of location curation, creative guidance, and artistic intention. Every hour in the field counts, and the access Raphael provides ensures that each moment is unlike anything available elsewhere.

General. All content, imagery, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Raphael Macek Experience and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission. All expedition descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Booking and Payment. Expedition reservations require a non refundable deposit as outlined in the specific expedition terms. Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to the expedition start date. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the reserved spot.
Cancellation Policy. Deposits are non refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the expedition start date are eligible for a credit toward a future expedition, valid for 12 months. Cancellations made within 60 days of the start date are not eligible for refund or credit. Raphael Macek Experience reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any expedition due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rebooking will be offered.
Liability. Raphael Macek Experience acts as an organizer and creative leader for photography expeditions and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in any expedition. Participants are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Participation in any expedition constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Image Rights. By participating in an expedition, attendees grant Raphael Macek Experience the right to use photographs and video taken during the expedition (including images featuring participants) for promotional, educational, and editorial purposes across all media. Participants retain full rights to their own photographic work created during the expedition.
Privacy. Personal information collected through inquiries and applications is used solely for the purpose of expedition coordination and communication. Information is never shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
Pricing. All prices listed are per person and are quoted in US Dollars. Pricing may vary by expedition and destination. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Raphael Macek Experience reserves the right to adjust pricing for future expeditions without retroactive effect on confirmed bookings.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or participation in any expedition shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
